1. Your e-mail message with the order arrives. Please provide information about the desired size (the pictures in the gallery are between 24x30 cm and 60x60 cm), format (landscape or portrait), etc. The background can be designed individually. This is charged extra according to the amount of work.

2. I'll take a close look at the motif/template and I'll get back to you within 24 hours with information on the expected duration, price, and other relevant information. Please note that due to the relatively long drying time of oil paints, the production including sealing can take up to 2-3 months. Add a few days for shipping. So if you want it to be a gift, please order in in advance.

3. If you do not agree with the order, it can be canceled as long as I have not started to paint.
4. If you like my offer, I ask for a deposit of 50%.
5. After receipt of money I start with the picture. On request, I will send you photos of the painting process so you have an idea of how far I am. 

6. If desired, I would be happy to take care of an appropriate frame. For this, I just need some guidelines, like the desired color. The frame price is added to the total amount. For orientation: for a painting of 25x30cm the price is about 60 EUR.
7. As soon as the painting is finished and dry, I ask you to pay the remaining amount.
8. After receiving the money, I will carefully pack the painting and send it to the specified address (with DHL).

The shipping costs are - depending on the country - between 0 EUR and 35 EUR.
